The Southern Funeral Home was built in the late 1920's and was the first purpose built funeral home in the city of Saint Louis. It closed sometime around 2010.

    These photos are amazing. I agree with you that these buildings are "condemned to be forgotten" and they should be preserved through photography. Thank you for sharing these. They're tragically beautiful!
